Ahmed Dipo Alimi Ahmed is a First Class graduate of Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter holder. He is currently a Private Equity Professional, working with an Africa-focused PE firm. Before his current role, Ahmed worked with FBN Capital and KPMG Advisory Services in Lagos.
Over the course of his career, Ahmed has been part of many Mergers and Acquisition transactions in Nigeria and West Africa. Ahmed’s skills include financial and commercial due diligences, valuations, financial modelling and transaction structuring across various industries. Ahmed teaches Quantitative Methods, Derivatives and Fixed Income.

He has attended several training programmes both locally and international including Euromoney London School of Pension and Retirement Management. He passed each of the levels of the CFA Institute examination in one sitting and earned the CFA Charter in 2016.

He is a senior portfolio manager of one of the leading financial institutions in Nigeria. He has a combined work experience of over six years, covering Auditing, IFRS consulting, Research and Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Training of Professionals.
His first degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-iwoye, Ogun State, a member of the APMG International UK with Prince2 foundation. He has attended a broad range of training programs ranging from CITI bank Fixed Income program, Deloitte IFRS program, Copa Amba intermediate modelling, Islamic Financial Engineering program etc. He has passed all the three exams of CFA program.
AKIN ADIGUN, CFA
Akin currently works in the Sub-Saharan Africa Equity Products Division of Renaissance Capital, an emerging market focused investment bank. Previously, he worked with ARM Investment Managers, CSL Stockbrokers Limited and Zenith Bank PLC. He is an investment professional with 8-years work experience spanning equity sales & trading, economic and equity research, portfolio management and internal audit.
He earned a First Class degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain. He holds the CFA Charter and associate memberships of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
PATRICK ONWUJEKWE, CFA
Patrick currently works in the pioneer private equity firm in Nigeria. He has a combined work experience of over 7 years starting out in the audit division of a foremost accounting firm, KPMG Professional Services.
He obtained his first degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin graduating top of his class. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He earned the CFA Charter in 2017.
